ich bin zwar nicht paresy aber ich antworte einfach mal trotzdem :-)
der usb oder serielle anschluss an einem touchscreen ist für die touch-funktion. das bild bekommt der monitor wie jeder andere monitor auch. die zusatzfunktion "touch" wird per seriellem oder usb-anschluss zum computer gegeben.
